How Much does House Extensions cost to build.

Labour Only Cost:

Price guide for Strip foundation, Drainage, Brickwork, Steelwork and Roof work.

Price starts from £700.00 per square meter

For Example, if an extension is 6m by 2 will be priced at £8,400 for the ground floor to first floor and from first floor to roof will be priced at £700 per square meter due to scaffold and roof finish will be £8400.00. The duration of works usually between 4 and 5 weeks for the full works to complete

Labour Tools and Material Cost:

Price guide for Strip foundation, Drainage, Brickwork, Steelwork and Roof work.

Price starts from £1250.00 per square meter for ground floor to first floor and £1100 for first floor to roof finish.

For Example, if an extension is 6m by 2 will be priced at £12,000.00 for the ground floor to first floor.

From first floor to roof will be priced at £700 per square meter due to scaffold and roof finish will be £13,200.00. The duration of works usually between 4 and 5 weeks for the full works to complete.
